Week 1: Building Trust & Showcasing Expertise
Day 1 – Reel/Video
Hook: “POV: You finally found a tattoo artist who gets your vision”
Caption: When you walk into the studio and realize… this is it. This is the artist who’s going to bring your dream tattoo to life. ✨
That moment when the consultation clicks, the design exceeds expectations, and you know you’re in the right hands.

Day 2 – Carousel
Hook: “5 things your tattoo artist wishes you knew before your appointment”
Slide 1 – Title: 5 Things Your Tattoo Artist Wishes You Knew Before Your Appointment 📋
Slide 2: 1️⃣ HYDRATE LIKE CRAZY Start drinking extra water 2-3 days before. Hydrated skin = better ink absorption and easier healing. Your body will thank you!
Slide 3: 2️⃣ EAT A FULL MEAL Never come on an empty stomach! Low blood sugar = higher chance of feeling faint. Have a solid meal 1-2 hours before.
Slide 4: 3️⃣ AVOID ALCOHOL & BLOOD THINNERS No drinking 24 hours before! This includes aspirin. Thinner blood = more bleeding = worse ink retention.
Slide 5: 4️⃣ WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING Think about placement! Getting a thigh tattoo? Don’t wear skinny jeans. Shoulder piece? Tank top is your friend.
Slide 6: 5️⃣ TRUST THE PROCESS We’ve done this thousands of times. If we suggest a modification, it’s to make your tattoo last and look better. Trust your artist!
Slide 7: BONUS TIP: Come with an open mind but clear vision. Bring references, but be flexible. We’ll work together to create something perfect for YOU.
Caption: Save this for your next appointment! 📌
These might seem simple, but they make a HUGE difference in your tattoo experience and final result. I’ve been tattooing for [X] years and these are the things that separate an okay session from an amazing one.

Day 3 – Reel/Video
Hook: “The tattoo that made me cry (happy tears)”
Caption: Sometimes it’s more than just ink. 💙
This client came to me with a story that hit different. [Brief story – e.g., “Memorial piece for their mom who passed last year” or “First tattoo after beating cancer”]
When they saw the final design, we both got emotional. These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do.
Tattoos aren’t just art on skin—they’re stories, memories, milestones, and healing all wrapped into one.
What’s the story behind YOUR most meaningful tattoo? 👇

Day 4 – Thread/Post
Hook: “Why your $50 tattoo will cost $500 to fix—a thread on choosing quality over price 🧵”
Post 1: Let’s talk about something I see WAY too often: people shopping for tattoos like they’re buying groceries. Cheapest option wins, right? WRONG. Here’s why…
Post 2: A quality tattoo isn’t just about the design—it’s about proper equipment, sterile environment, professional-grade ink, years of training, and an artist who actually cares about the outcome.
Post 3: That $50 tattoo? Here’s what you’re probably getting:
- Scratched lines instead of smooth application
- Ink that fades in months, not years
- Potential infections from unsanitary conditions
- Blown out lines
- Uneven color saturation
Post 4: Now here’s the kicker: fixing a bad tattoo costs 2-5x more than getting it done right the first time. Why? Because coverups are HARD. We’re working with existing ink, scar tissue, and limited options.
Post 5: I’m not saying you need to drop thousands on every piece. But do your research:
- Check portfolios
- Read reviews
- Visit the shop
- Don’t negotiate prices down
- Remember: you get what you pay for
Post 6: Your tattoo is PERMANENT. It’s literally on your body forever. Why would you want to cheap out on that? Invest in quality. Your future self will thank you.
Post 7: Questions about choosing an artist? I’m here to help—no judgment. Let’s make sure your first (or next) tattoo is one you’ll love for life. 💯
Day 5 – Static Post
Hook: “Monday motivation: Fresh ink, fresh start”
Caption: New week. New energy. New chapter. ✨
There’s something about fresh ink that hits different on a Monday. It’s like wearing your confidence on your sleeve (literally).
This piece healed PERFECTLY and my client sent me this photo saying it reminds them every day to stay bold and unapologetic.
That’s what I’m talking about. 🔥
What’s motivating you this Monday?

Day 6 – Reel/Video
Hook: “Tattoo myths I’m tired of hearing as an artist”
Caption: Let’s debunk some nonsense, shall we? 😅
MYTH #1: “Tattoos on [body part] will hurt the most” REALITY: Pain is subjective! Everyone’s different.
MYTH #2: “Color tattoos fade faster than black” REALITY: Quality ink + proper aftercare = long-lasting color
MYTH #3: “You can’t work out after getting tattooed” REALITY: Just avoid that specific area for 2 weeks
MYTH #4: “Thin people can’t handle the pain” REALITY: Body size has NOTHING to do with pain tolerance
MYTH #5: “Tattoos are unprofessional” REALITY: It’s 2025. Most workplaces don’t care anymore.
What other myths have you heard? Let me know! 👇

Day 7 – Carousel
Hook: “Behind the scenes: My design process from sketch to skin”
Slide 1 – Title: Behind The Scenes: From Sketch to Skin ✏️➡️🎨
Slide 2 – Consultation: STEP 1: THE CONSULTATION We talk about your vision, placement, size, style. I ask questions you might not have thought about. This is where the magic starts.
Slide 3 – Research: STEP 2: RESEARCH & REFERENCES I gather inspiration, study similar styles, and make sure I understand exactly what you want. No guesswork here.
Slide 4 – Initial Sketch: STEP 3: ROUGH SKETCHES First draft is loose and exploratory. Getting the composition right before refining details.
Slide 5 – Refinement: STEP 4: DETAILED DESIGN Now we add the details, shading concepts, and make sure every line serves a purpose. This can take hours or even days.
Slide 6 – Stencil: STEP 5: STENCIL PREPARATION Once you approve the design, I create the stencil and prep everything for your appointment day.
Slide 7 – Application: STEP 6: THE TATTOO The moment of truth! Applying the design with precision, checking our work as we go. This is where years of practice shine.
Slide 8 – Final Result: STEP 7: THE REVEAL Fresh ink! We photograph it, go over aftercare, and celebrate the collaboration. You walk out with permanent art.
Caption: People see the final tattoo and think it took a few hours. But the real work? That starts weeks before you even sit in my chair.
Every tattoo is a full creative process. From the first conversation to the final touch, it’s all about bringing YOUR vision to life in a way that will last forever.
This is why custom tattoos cost what they do—you’re not just paying for the time in the chair. You’re paying for:
- Years of training
- Hours of design work
- Professional equipment
- Expertise and artistry
- A piece of art you’ll carry forever
Which step surprises you the most? 👇

Week 2: Engagement & Community Building
Day 8 – Interactive Poll + Reel
Stories Poll Questions: 📊 “Which design should I tattoo next?”
- Option A: [Description]
- Option B: [Description]
Reel Caption: You voted, I delivered! 🎉
Yesterday I asked you to choose between two designs, and the winner was CLEAR. [Winning percentage]% of you wanted to see [winning design].
So here it is—from concept to completion in 4 hours.
This is what I love about this community. You’re not just watching—you’re part of the creative process. 🙌
What should we vote on next?

Day 9 – Reel/Video
Hook: “Client said ‘make it badass’ and gave me full creative freedom”
Caption: “Just make it badass.”
That’s ALL the direction they gave me. 😅
When a client trusts you with full creative freedom? That’s when the real magic happens. No limitations, no “can you make it more like this reference,” just pure artistic expression.
Here’s what I came up with… 🔥
This is why I always tell people: if you vibe with my style, trust the process. I’ve got you.
Would YOU trust your artist with total creative freedom? Or do you need to see every detail first? 👇

Day 10 – Carousel
Hook: “Same tattoo, 3 different styles—which one are you?”
Slide 1 – Title: SAME DESIGN, 3 DIFFERENT STYLES 🌹 Which one speaks to you?
Slide 2 – Traditional: TRADITIONAL AMERICAN Bold lines, limited color palette, timeless aesthetic. This style has been around for 100+ years for a reason—it LASTS and it’s ICONIC.
Slide 3 – Realism: BLACK & GREY REALISM Hyper-detailed, photorealistic, stunning depth. Perfect if you want something that looks like a photograph on your skin.
Slide 4 – Minimalist: FINE LINE MINIMALIST Delicate, subtle, modern. Clean lines and negative space. Great for first-timers or those who want something understated.
Slide 5 – Style Comparison: SAME CONCEPT, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT VIBES Traditional = bold & classic Realism = detailed & dramatic Minimalist = simple & elegant
Slide 6 – Which Fits You: CHOOSING YOUR STYLE: Consider:
- Your aesthetic preferences
- How tattoos age (bold ages best)
- Placement and size
- Your pain tolerance
- Long-term visibility goals
Slide 7 – Final: Still unsure? That’s what consultations are for! We’ll find the perfect style for YOUR vision and lifestyle.
Caption: Drop your style in the comments! 👇
Traditional, Realism, or Minimalist? (Or maybe you’re into watercolor, geometric, neo-traditional… there are SO many options!)
This is why consultations are so important. The same idea can look completely different depending on the style. What works for one person might not work for another.
I love working in all these styles, but I’ll always be honest about:
- What will age well
- What suits your body/placement
- What matches your personality
Your tattoo should feel like YOU. Not a trend, not what’s popular—YOU.
#TattooStyles #TraditionalTattoo #RealismTattoo #MinimalistTattoo #TattooOptions #TattooComparison
Day 11 – Reel/Video
Hook: “Tattoo aftercare: The first 48 hours”
Caption: The tattoo is done. Now what? 🤔
The first 48 hours are CRUCIAL for healing. Here’s exactly what to do:
HOUR 0-2: Keep the wrap on HOUR 2-3: Remove wrap, wash gently with antibacterial soap DAYS 1-2: Wash 2-3x daily, apply thin layer of aftercare DAYS 3-14: Continue washing, moisturizing, NO SCRATCHING
DO NOT: ❌ Submerge in water (no pools, baths, ocean) ❌ Pick or scratch ❌ Expose to direct sunlight ❌ Wear tight clothing over the area ❌ Over-moisturize (thin layer only!)
Your tattoo will look its best in 4-6 weeks once fully healed. Trust the process!

Day 12 – Thread/Post
Hook: “10 tattoo ideas that never go out of style (and why they work) 🧵”
Post 1: Some tattoos are trendy. Others are TIMELESS. Here are 10 designs that have stood the test of time and will still look incredible decades from now…
Post 2:
- TRADITIONAL ROSE Why it works: Bold lines, classic symbolism, ages beautifully. Been popular since the 1940s and isn’t going anywhere.
Post 3: 2. PORTRAIT OF LOVED ONE Why it works: Personal, meaningful, emotional connection never fades. Quality realism portraits are investment pieces.
Post 4: 3. GEOMETRIC PATTERNS Why it works: Clean lines, mathematical precision, works anywhere on the body. Timeless aesthetic.
Post 5: 4. SCRIPT/LETTERING Why it works: Words hold power. Quotes, names, dates—these carry meaning that never expires. Just choose your font wisely!
Post 6: 5. ANIMAL TOTEMS Why it works: Spiritual symbolism, connection to nature, can be done in any style. Eagles, wolves, snakes—classic for a reason.
Post 7: 6. MEMORIAL PIECES Why it works: Honoring someone you lost never goes out of style. These tattoos carry stories and keep memories alive.
Post 8: 7. MATCHING TATTOOS (done right) Why it works: When the connection is real, these are beautiful. Siblings, best friends, chosen family—forever bonds.
Post 9: 8. NATURE SCENES Why it works: Mountains, forests, oceans—nature is eternal. These pieces remind us of our connection to something bigger.
Post 10: 9. BLACKWORK/TRIBAL Why it works: Bold, striking, ages incredibly well. Modern tribal has evolved but maintains timeless appeal.
Post 11: 10. COVER-UPS THAT TELL NEW STORIES Why it works: Turning a regret into something beautiful. These transformations represent growth and new chapters.
Post 12: The common thread? These tattoos mean something REAL to the person wearing them. Trends fade. Personal meaning lasts forever. That’s the difference. ✨
Day 13 – Reel/Video
Hook: “Rating tattoo placements by pain level (you won’t believe #3)”
Caption: Let’s talk PAIN LEVELS by placement 😬
1️⃣ OUTER ARM: 2/10 – Easy mode. Most people handle this like champs.
2️⃣ THIGH: 3/10 – Meaty area = less pain. Some spots more sensitive than others.
3️⃣ RIBS: 9/10 – SURPRISE! Yes, it’s brutal. Yes, people still do it. Worth it for the aesthetic though.
4️⃣ FOOT: 8/10 – Thin skin, lots of bones, nerve endings galore. Not for the faint of heart.
5️⃣ BACK: 4/10 – Depends on the spot! Shoulder blade area is easy, spine is ROUGH.
BUT HERE’S THE TRUTH: Everyone’s pain tolerance is different! I’ve seen 6’5″ dudes cry over a wrist tattoo and 5’2″ grandmas sleep through a rib piece.
Pain is temporary. The tattoo is forever. You got this! 💪
What’s been your most painful spot?

Day 14 – Before/After Post
Hook: “This coverup transformation still blows my mind”
Caption: SWIPE FOR THE TRANSFORMATION ➡️
Coverups are my FAVORITE challenge. Taking someone’s regret and turning it into something they’re proud of? That’s the dream.
This client came in with [description of old tattoo] and wanted something completely different. We designed [new design] to: ✓ Completely hide the old tattoo ✓ Create something meaningful for them ✓ Work with their body placement ✓ Be something they’ll love for life
The best part? Seeing their face when they saw it for the first time. Pure joy. 🥹

Week 3: Storytelling & Connection
Day 15 – Reel/Video
Hook: “The most challenging tattoo I’ve ever done (and why I loved it)”
Caption: Every artist has that ONE piece that pushes them to their absolute limit. For me, it was this one. 👇
The challenge: [Describe – e.g., “Full sleeve in one 8-hour session” or “Incredibly detailed portrait” or “Cover-up over a massive old tribal”]
Why it was difficult: [Technical challenges]
But here’s what made it worth it: [Emotional payoff, client’s story, artistic growth]
These are the pieces that remind me why I chose this career. Not because it’s easy, but because it’s WORTH IT.
What’s the most challenging thing YOU’VE ever accomplished?

Day 16 – Carousel
Hook: “7 signs you’ve found the right tattoo artist”
Slide 1 – Title: 7 SIGNS YOU’VE FOUND THE RIGHT TATTOO ARTIST ✓
Slide 2: ✅ #1: THEIR PORTFOLIO SPEAKS TO YOU You scroll through their work and think “YES, this is exactly my vibe.” Style match is everything.
Slide 3: ✅ #2: THEY LISTEN TO YOUR IDEAS They’re not just pushing their own agenda. They ask questions, understand your vision, and offer expert guidance.
Slide 4: ✅ #3: THE STUDIO IS CLEAN & PROFESSIONAL Sterile equipment, clean workspace, proper licensing. No sketchy vibes. Your safety matters.
Slide 5: ✅ #4: THEY’RE HONEST ABOUT WHAT WILL/WON’T WORK They tell you if something won’t age well or won’t work in that placement. Honesty > people-pleasing.
Slide 6: ✅ #5: YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE ASKING QUESTIONS No question is stupid. A good artist wants you informed and confident.
Slide 7: ✅ #6: THEY HAVE REALISTIC TIMELINES & PRICING No rushing, no lowballing. Quality work takes time and has value.
Slide 8: ✅ #7: YOUR GUT SAYS YES Trust your instincts. If something feels off, keep looking. If everything feels right, you’ve found your artist! ✨
Caption: Save this for when you’re artist hunting! 📌
Finding the right tattoo artist is like finding a good therapist or hairdresser—it’s a relationship. You’re trusting them with something permanent on your body!
RED FLAGS TO AVOID: 🚩 Dirty studio 🚩 No portfolio or inconsistent work 🚩 Pressuring you to book immediately 🚩 Unwilling to do a consultation 🚩 Prices that seem too good to be true
Take your time. Do your research. Your tattoo is forever—make sure you’re working with someone you trust!

What made this piece special: ✨ [Detail 1] ✨ [Detail 2] ✨ [Detail 3]

Day 19 – Thread/Post
Hook: “What it’s really like being a tattoo artist—the good, the challenging, and the unforgettable 🧵”
Post 1: Let me pull back the curtain on what this career ACTUALLY looks like. The good, the hard, and the moments that make it all worth it…
Post 2: THE GOOD:
- Creating permanent art that people LOVE
- Meeting incredible humans with amazing stories
- No two days are the same
- Artistic freedom
- Seeing people’s confidence transform
Post 3: THE CHALLENGING:
- Long hours on your feet
- Physical toll (back, neck, hands)
- Dealing with no-shows and difficult clients
- Constantly evolving/learning new techniques
- The pressure of permanence
Post 4: THE EMOTIONAL: I’ve tattooed memorial pieces while crying with clients. I’ve celebrated milestones, marked recoveries, commemorated love stories. This job hits DEEP.
Post 5: THE REALITY: It’s not just “drawing for a living.” It’s:
- Business management
- Client psychology
- Technical precision
- Artistic skill
- Physical endurance
- Emotional labor
Post 6: But here’s the truth: I wouldn’t trade this for anything. Every sore muscle, every long day, every challenge—it’s worth it when someone looks in the mirror and sees art that makes them feel MORE themselves.
Post 7: This isn’t just a job. It’s a calling. And I’m grateful every single day that I get to do this. 🙏
Any aspiring tattoo artists out there? Or questions about the reality of this career? Let’s talk! 👇
Day 20 – Reel/Video
Hook: “When clients bring me reference photos vs what we actually create”
Caption: “I found this on Pinterest…” 👀
Look, I LOVE when clients bring references! It helps me understand your vibe. But here’s the thing…
I’m not here to copy someone else’s work. I’m here to create something UNIQUE for YOU.
Reference photos are: ✅ Inspiration ✅ Style examples ✅ Starting points ✅ Conversation starters
NOT: ❌ Exact blueprints ❌ Copy-paste jobs ❌ Final designs
This is what makes custom tattoos special—it’s a COLLABORATION. You bring the vision, I bring the expertise, and together we create something that’s one-of-a-kind.
The result? Always better than the reference. 😉

Slide 2 – Arm: ARM/FOREARM Best for: medium to large pieces, visible art Pain level: LOW Healing: Easy Job-friendly: Sometimes (depends on workplace) Great for showing off your ink!
Slide 3 – Back: BACK/SHOULDER BLADE Best for: large detailed pieces, full back murals Pain level: MODERATE Healing: Easy (except spine area) Job-friendly: YES Perfect canvas for elaborate designs!
Slide 4 – Chest: CHEST Best for: meaningful pieces, portraits, text Pain level: MODERATE-HIGH Healing: Moderate Job-friendly: YES Close to your heart—literally
Slide 5 – Ribs: RIBS/SIDE Best for: elongated designs, script, florals Pain level: HIGH Healing: Challenging Job-friendly: YES Looks AMAZING but won’t lie—it hurts
Slide 6 – Leg: THIGH/CALF Best for: medium to large pieces, portraits Pain level: LOW-MODERATE Healing: Easy Job-friendly: YES Great “starter” location for larger work
Slide 7 – Tips: PLACEMENT TIPS: ✅ Consider your lifestyle & career ✅ Think about aging and body changes ✅ Consult with your artist about what works ✅ Some designs suit certain placements better ✅ Visibility: Do you want to show it off or keep it private?
Caption: Save this guide for your next tattoo planning session! 📌
Placement is JUST as important as the design itself. I’ve seen incredible designs fall flat because they were put in the wrong spot, and simple designs shine because the placement was perfect.
Things to consider: 🤔 Pain tolerance 🤔 Healing process 🤔 Job requirements 🤔 How your body moves 🤔 Future tattoo plans (building a cohesive collection?) 🤔 Sun exposure 🤔 Aging and skin changes
Still unsure? That’s what consultations are for! We’ll map out the perfect placement together.

Day 26 – Thread/Post
Hook: “Things I wish I knew before getting my first tattoo—a guide for first-timers 🧵”
Post 1: Getting your first tattoo soon? Or thinking about it? Let me save you from the mistakes I see first-timers make ALL the time…
Post 2:
- START SMALL I know you want a full sleeve, but trust me—start with something smaller. Test your pain tolerance. See how you like having a tattoo. You can always add more later!
Post 3: 2. RESEARCH YOUR ARTIST Don’t just go to whoever is cheapest or most convenient. Look at portfolios. Read reviews. Make sure their style matches what you want. This is PERMANENT.
Post 4: 3. THE PAIN IS MANAGEABLE Everyone asks “does it hurt?” Yes. But it’s not unbearable. Most people describe it as annoying rather than excruciating. You’ve got this!
Post 5: 4. AFTERCARE IS CRUCIAL The tattoo isn’t “done” when you leave the shop. How you care for it in the next 2-4 weeks determines how it will look forever. Follow instructions religiously!
Post 6: 5. IT WILL FEEL WEIRD AT FIRST Having permanent art on your body takes some mental adjustment. That’s normal! Give yourself time to get used to it. Most people end up loving it even more over time.
Post 7: 6. TRUST YOUR ARTIST You hired them for their expertise. If they suggest changes to your design or placement, LISTEN. They know what will work and what won’t.
Post 8: 7. DON’T NEGOTIATE PRICES Good tattoos aren’t cheap. Cheap tattoos aren’t good. Trying to haggle insults the artist and usually results in worse work. Budget properly.
Post 9: 8. PLACEMENT MATTERS Think long-term. Consider your career, lifestyle, and how your body will change. Some spots are better for first tattoos than others.
Post 10: 9. YOU CAN SAY NO If something doesn’t feel right, speak up! It’s better to reschedule than get a tattoo you’re not 100% happy with.
Post 11: 10. IT’S ADDICTIVE Fair warning: once you get one, you’ll probably want more. There’s something about that first tattoo that opens the floodgates. Consider yourself warned! 😂
Post 12: Most importantly: Make sure YOU love it. Not your friends, not Instagram—YOU. It’s on your body forever. Make it count! ✨
Day 27 – Reel/Video
Hook: “This is why I love what I do”
Caption: Some days I step back and can’t believe this is my actual job. 🥹
[Montage of: Happy clients, finished pieces, emotional moments, creative process, celebrating with clients]
I get to: ✨ Create permanent art ✨ Tell stories on skin ✨ Meet incredible people ✨ Be part of their biggest moments ✨ Turn pain into beauty ✨ Make confidence visible
This isn’t just a career—it’s a privilege. Every single person who sits in my chair trusts me with something permanent. That trust? I never take it for granted.
To everyone who’s let me tattoo you: THANK YOU. You’re the reason I wake up excited to work every single day.

Day 28 – Carousel
Hook: “5 tattoos that age beautifully vs 5 that don’t—and why”
Slide 1 – Title: TATTOOS THAT AGE WELL VS. POORLY 👴👵 The truth about how ink ages
Slide 2: ✅ AGES WELL: TRADITIONAL AMERICAN Bold lines, high contrast, solid colors. These tattoos look amazing 50+ years later.
❌ AGES POORLY: ALL WHITE INK Fades quickly, yellows over time, becomes barely visible. Not recommended for longevity.
Slide 3: ✅ AGES WELL: BLACK & GREY REALISM (when done right) Good contrast and proper black shading holds up beautifully over decades.
❌ AGES POORLY: TINY FINE LINE DETAILS Lines blur together over time. What looks delicate now becomes a blur in 10 years.
Slide 4: ✅ AGES WELL: GEOMETRIC PATTERNS Clean, bold lines with solid shapes. Clear structure means it stays readable.
❌ AGES POORLY: WATERCOLOR (without outlines) Without solid black outlines, these fade and lose definition quickly.
Slide 5: ✅ AGES WELL: JAPANESE TRADITIONAL Bold, high contrast, proven to last. These tattoos have stood the test of time for centuries.
❌ AGES POORLY: ALL PASTEL COLORS Soft colors fade faster. Without dark outlines, they disappear into skin tone.
Slide 6: ✅ AGES WELL: BLACKWORK/SOLID BLACK Solid black stays solid. Simple truth. These look nearly identical decades later.
❌ AGES POORLY: PORTRAIT TATTOOS (when poorly done) Without proper contrast and detail, faces lose definition and become unrecognizable.
Slide 7: HOW TO MAKE ANY TATTOO AGE BETTER: ✓ Bold lines (not too thin) ✓ Good contrast (lights and darks) ✓ Proper aftercare ✓ Sun protection (SPF is your friend!) ✓ Touchups as needed ✓ Choosing an experienced artist
Caption: Let’s talk about the elephant in the room: NOT ALL TATTOOS AGE EQUALLY. 🐘
I always tell my clients the truth about longevity. Yes, that delicate fine line tattoo looks beautiful NOW, but in 15 years? It’s going to blur. That’s just reality.
This doesn’t mean you can’t get the tattoo you want! Just know what you’re signing up for:
🔑 KEY FACTORS IN TATTOO AGING:
- Line weight (thicker = better)
- Contrast (black/color vs skin = clearer)
- Placement (areas that stretch/fold age differently)
- Skin type (everyone’s different)
- Sun exposure (UV is ink’s enemy)
- Age when tattooed (younger skin ages with you)
I’ll never lie to you about what will hold up and what won’t. My goal isn’t just to give you a tattoo you love today—it’s to give you a tattoo you’ll STILL love in 30 years.
Want to know how your tattoo idea will age? DM me! Happy to give honest feedback. 💬

Day 29 – Reel/Video
Hook: “From consultation to healed: The complete journey”
Caption: THE FULL TATTOO JOURNEY 🎬
Most people only see the final result. But there’s SO much more that happens…
WEEK 1: Consultation We meet, discuss your vision, talk placement, look at references. This is where we connect and plan.
WEEK 2: Design Phase I sketch, refine, adjust. You give feedback. We iterate until it’s PERFECT.
DAY OF: The Tattoo The moment of truth! We apply the stencil, make final adjustments, and bring the design to life.
DAYS 1-3: Fresh & Shiny Looks bold and vibrant! This is when it’s most “Wow!” Still need to baby it.
WEEK 1-2: Healing Phase Peeling, itching (don’t scratch!), looking dull. This is NORMAL. Trust the process.
WEEK 3-4: Almost There Starting to settle in. True colors showing through. Almost fully healed.
WEEK 6: FULLY HEALED This is the REAL result! Colors have settled, skin has regenerated, the tattoo has become part of you.
From idea to healed tattoo: 6-8 weeks total The design: hours of work The tattoo: [X] hours in the chair The result: LIFETIME of art
Worth every single step. ✨
